Newbie: How to make my own binary file

Postby ahf » Thu Mar 04, 2010 7:15 am

Hi,

I always made my own ASCII files for tecplot, and I use Fortran for programming. Now I want to make Binary files for tecplot and I have no idea how to do it. I read your forum but I did not make heads or tails of it, would you please explain it in a very simple way what should I do. I would appreciate it if you give an example as well.

Regards,
ahf

Ben

We provide a library called Tecio to write binary Tecplot files. Info is here: http://download.tecplot.com/tecio/
