Visual C++ runtime error

I have install Tecplot 360ex 2014 under Windows 8.1 x64. When I try to run the program an error occurrs “Visual c++ Runtime error”. There is a problem with msvcr90.dll file. I have also created a second administrator account. If I run Tecplot with the other account the program runs correctly without error. I can’t find a solution, have anyone any idea?
