I have several scripts that I run in command line mode (e.g., "tecplot -b -p macro.mcr"). Is there a way to echo the script progress during the script execution?
For example, I have a script that exports all tecplot files from a specific directory to post-script format. It would be nice to have a screen output that shows which file is currently being processed.
Alternatively, is there a way to send the content of the produced "batch.log" file to screen in addition to the file? I'm not sure how information is being stored or managed using this method, because it appears that the content of "batch.log" is written only when the macro is finished executing (i.e., it is not constantly appended during macro execution).
